The Elements of Design
Artists and designers don't always agree on the main ELEMENTS of design, but here are some of them: (click any of the four hotlinks in this sentence to discover a few of the essential elements of design!)
You will be watching a presentation / slideshow in class which gives you some of the most important vocabulary for analyzing objects, works of art, and designs. We can discuss the line, form, shape, color, and other elements of an artwork or product in order to describe or better understand it. And we will use these new vocabulary words in our Moodboard and our Object Analysis assignment.
